J Dauphin was created in 2006 with the mission to offer high quality design, impeccable manufacturing using the finest materials. Our long-term vision to create products with longevity with respect for the nature has been with us since the beginning. The founder of the brand, Johanna Dauphin grew up between Sweden and France, in her mid 20s Dauphin left to Rome to study design and then she started her professional career working as a designer for the fashion group Tod’s and then later at the LVMH owned FENDI. J Dauphin has made special collaborations with exclusive department stores and boutiques such as Bergdorf Goodman, Harvey Nichols, Lane Crawford, United Arrow, Matches and Bon Marche. Multiple awarded and nominated as the designer of the year by Swedish Elle And Premium Exhibition in Berlin. J Dauphin was relaunched in 2018 and is now working to create awareness and educate towards sustainable principle in order to promote change within the fashion industry. Her long term vision creating high quality products that shall endure for a long time, zero plastic principles, recycling and repair, Local production, We work with artisans and small factories using old school artisanal methods. We know every person that worked on our items. Our prices reflect what it cost to make products in LA, when supply and demand is in balance, you get fair pricing.
