While some bracelets of this style depict an evil eye which has been thought of as a protective good luck charm for thousands of years across cultures, this sparkling landscape-style rectangle is actually meant to be viewed portrait-style like you would a watch on your wrist, so you can discern its meaning. The Adamas Blue Yellow Sapphire Diamond Bracelet is made in Italy in the 21st century, circa 2010s, crafted in 18K white gold set with blue and yellow sapphires with an estimated total weight of 3.14 carats and 5 round brilliant-cut white diamonds. The diamonds are set in two diamond-shape white gold bezel settings that act as adjustment toggles on the bracelet’s round leather cording. The bracelet can be adjusted in length from 6.75 to 7.75 inches (17.15 to 19.69 cm) and is fastened with a simple closure and chain extender adorned with a crescent moon charm. The crescent moon charm gives it all away, as does the single white diamonds set in a white gold star-shape bezel setting, meant to be displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the composition, whether you wear the bracelet on the left hand or the right. Displayed properly, the evil mouth transforms itself into what it really is: a golden crescent moon with a face in profile indicated with round faceted pavé -set yellow sapphire, sparkling in the deep blue night sky of blue sapphire of the same shape, size, and setting.
