About the Item
An Art Deco sapphire and diamond bracelet by Black, Starr
Frost, consisting of five openwork flexible panels each centrally-set with a rectangular step-cut sapphire accented by old European-cut diamonds and two triangular motifs set with calibre-cut sapphires, the five panels connected with five rectangular panels, each centrally-set with five calibre-cut sapphires set between two rows of baguette-cut diamonds, the sapphires estimated to weigh approximately 6½ carats in total, the diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 14 carats in total, all mounted in platinum with scroll engraved sides, with a hidden clasp, signed B.S.&F and bearing inventory number, circa 1925, measuring 17.5 x 1.3cm, gross weight 38.7 grams.
This vintage bracelet is in fine condition for its age. Unmarked, tested as platinum.
