This striking an exquisitely made Retro Art Deco Cuff Bracelet in 14 Karat Gold W/ Citrine, Rubies, and Diamonds is designed and crafted in the United States during the Retro Art Deco Era of the 1940s, attributed to Mauboussin. This elegant cuff bracelet features a rectangular cut Citrine approximately 85 carats measuring 30mm by 26mm by 18mm in the center of the piece, from which a curled framework of 14 Karat Gold emerges on either side creating dynamic movement and a gorgeous contrast of geometric forms. Invisibly set baguette cut rubies line the top and bottom edges of the cuff with a deep alluring hue and stunning precision. From either side of the citrine along the central horizon of the cuff rests a glittering row of round cut diamonds, providing an eye catching touch of detail and material beauty to the piece. The clasp has a smooth action and firmly attaches, as well as a gold safety chain and loop for extra confidence during wear. One can imagine Joan Crawford putting on this elegant bracelet in one of her iconic roles. Well weighted and with highly sophisticated proportions and materiality, this bracelet will style brilliantly with a wide array of dress and serve as a winning addition to those who appreciate the finest quality jewelry from the 20th Century.
