About the Item
A vintage platinum diamond and onyx brooch circa 1920. The brooch is made up of two rows set with 48 old cut diamonds, joined by intermittent onyx bars. The diamonds have an approximate total weight of 2.95ct, H-J colour and SI-I clarity. Adorning the middle of the central onyx surround is an old mine cut diamond weighing approximately 1.05ct, colour H-I and VS clarity. On either side of the centre stone sit two old mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.80ct, well matched in colour and clarity. The brooch measures 9cm in length and has a gross weight of 14.04 grams.
Comes complete with a RichDiamonds presentation box and our own certificate of authenticity.
