About the Item
A 1920s blue and yellow sapphire and citrine pin set in 22 karat yellow gold.
The pin centers a 2.50 carat blue sapphire, from which radiates five oval yellow sapphires and one light yellow citrine. Each stone, including the center stone, is bezel set for maximum security, and the 22 karat yellow gold mounting incorporates scroll work as well as beading. The backing is a standard pin closure.
This century old jewel is ideal for the person who loves antique jewelry and the 1920s, but is not interested in curating a collection which consists purely of platinum and diamond pieces.
