A stunning, fine and impressive antique hardstone and 0.68ct diamond, 18 karat yellow gold cameo brooch; part of our diverse antique jewellery and estate jewelry collections.
This fine and impressive antique brooch with diamonds has been crafted in 18k yellow gold.
The oval shaped frame is ornamented to the centre with a cameo upon a hardstone background.
The cameo depicts a female figure draped in fabric and leaning against a pillar.
The hardstone panel is framed by a bead decorated border accented with thirty-four pavé set Old Dutch cut diamonds, graduating in size within the scalloped border.
The upper and lower portions of the frame are embellished with scrolling motifs accented with seven Old Dutch cut diamonds.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp.
This impressive Victorian brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 karat gold.
This 19th century cameo brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

Condition
This antique brooch is fine quality set with a hardstone cameo and impressive Old Dutch cut diamonds displaying a fine white color and brilliance.
