Extraordinary Belle Époque custom made hand carved sardonyx cameo brooch or pendant with retractable bail - the deep relief three layer sardonyx cameo (brown mauve white) contained in a filigree and mill-grained Platinum frame with a Greek key design - bead set with 24 single cut diamonds measuring 1 to 2 mm (.005 ct to .03 ct - clarity/color grade SI-1/G-H - .40 ct total) - unsigned - early 20th century.
Excellent antique condition - hand made with signs of age and use - all original - no loss - no repairs - ready to wear.
Size/Dimensions - 1 7/8" High x 1 1/2" Wide x 1/2" Deep.
Weight - 18.91 Grams (Total).
