About the Item
This exceptional Art Deco nautical brooch spells out "DEAREST" with seven vibrant reverse-painted crystal charms, each meticulously carved with a letter from the maritime signal flag alphabet. The charms are intaglio-carved into rock crystal cabochons and hand-painted with exquisite precision, creating remarkable depth and dimension. Each cabochon is backed with a shimmering mother-of-pearl plaque and bezel set in 14k gold. A beautiful token of affection.
