About the Item
Produced by E. Wolfe, the venerated British house who has been making fine jewelry since 1850, this wonderful frog brooch is typical of their life like animal creations. The textured 18k yellow gold body is set with cabochon emerald eyes, six rich blue natural sapphires, and three brilliant cut diamonds. This detailed diminutive brooch measures 1 inch by just over 3/4 of an inch. It's strong design and deft use of gems make this another stand out E. Wolfe jewel. Total approximate gem weight of the sapphires and emeralds is .26ct. Total approximate diamond weight is .10ct. of overall H color and VS2 clarity. EW
Co as well as all requisite British hallmarks can be found on the bottom of one foot. Gross weight 7.42 grams.
