A Lovely and Unusual Striking pair of vintage 1960’s shoulder duster earrings by the German Kaufbeuren Neugablonz designer and maker, Manfred Kleinert.
These beautiful earrings are 3 dimensional and are a real eye catcher with the gorgeous colour of electric blue centres with deep emerald green sprigs/leaves and foliage.
The clip is set with a pale sapphire oval rhinestone centre with an outer row of emerald green navette rhinestones. Two sprigs curl over the clip and are set with Montana blue rhinestones..
A drop representing a floral spray is set with pale, dark and Montana sapphire, with olivine and emerald green rhinestones.
These high quality pieces were manufactured in Germany at the Kaufbeuren factories often making designs for Christian Dior and Henkel and Grosse. These particular pr. of earrings reflect many of the features of Manfred Kleinert, who often designed for Christian Dior .
These earrings could well be part of a similar set I have seen made for Christian Dior .
Size: 3.1/2 inch drop and 2 inch wide.
In beautiful condition.
