About the Item
The late Jean Vitau designed for Tiffany and Van Cleef and Arpels in addition to his own firm, Gemlok. Vitau began his career in Paris and soon went out on his own in New York City where the firm's pieces are still handcrafted with the finest stones.
These elegant coiled earrings combine twisted 18 karat gold with round diamonds. Each earring has 11 stones subtly graduated in size. The largest are approximately 2.25 mm. The stones are VS clarity and G-H color. The earrings have a total diamond weight of approximately 1.75 carats. Clip backs can be converted to posts.
The earrings are accompanied by a recent appraisal with a value of $5850.
