About the Item
Italian jewelry designer Ugo Correani's black and white triangular resin earrings have a unique clip on spring that allows one triangle to suspend in front of the ear and the other in back. Surprisingly, the clip on hardware is also very comfortable with the spring mechanism providing just the right amount of tension. The design is a graphic combination of a 1960's space age look and the postmodern Italian Memphis movement of the 1980's. Correani's work is quite collectible and as stylish today as it was in the 1970's and 1980's. He often created pieces for important clothing designers of the time including Versace, Valentino, Chanel, Fendi, Chloe and Christian Lacroix. Marked at the back of one earrings.
