A remarkable pair of 18k rose gold earrings featuring fancy cut amethyst, rubies, and diamonds by designer Richard Krementz. Krementz founded his jewelry business in 1866 after immigrating from Germany. He was one of the first to travel to Myanmar, Burma, and Sri Lanka for colored gemstones, and widely popularized their use during the Victorian era. He was a strong believer in full disclosure of gemstone treatments, and sought out the finest materials for his own designs.
