About the Item
22K Yellow Gold Dangle Earrings by ROMAE Jewelry - Inspired by Ancient Roman Examples. Our "Faustina" earrings are modeled after examples dating to the third century AD, and recall one of the most classic Roman designs, with three dangles hanging from a flat bar, and the characteristic Roman hook at the back.
Each piece of ROMAE jewelry is inspired by an ancient example, and is carefully designed and lovingly crafted in Rome by archaeologist and museum specialist Cris and artist Elena. Our pieces are made to order, and each is individually cast, hand finished and personalized, which allows for freedom of stone choice and special tailoring such as inscriptions and engravings. When shipped, each piece of ROMAE jewelry arrives with a product card that provides information about the culture, date, and find spot of the original piece of jewelry that inspired our design. Lead time 4 - 5 weeks.
