About the Item
A pair of earring each in form of a small jhumki, done in 22K gold and enamelled in blue and cream Meena(enamel). The top of the earring has a small polki stud with earring mechanism, suspended with a small jhumkas which are inlaid with natural diamond polkis and decorated with blue and golden enamel hinges which are highlighted at the bottom with cream and red enamel. The jewels are hanged with natural ruby drops which are attached with twisted gold wires.
Earrings such as these were popular throughout Mughal Indian and are now considered as a royalty in India to be worn during various indian occasions.
The earring adorn nearly 12gms of fine gold with nearly 1cts of diamond and another 20cts plus rubies.
