These exquisite French earrings (circa 1870) showcase the artistry and elegance of the late 19th century. Each earring features a finely hand-painted enamel plaque depicting a delicate flower basket, framed by a twisted rope border and backed with luminous mother of pearl. The plaques are suspended from pearl surmounts and further adorned with pearl and diamond dangles, creating graceful movement and refined sparkle.
Crafted in 18k gold, the earrings measure 1.9 inches from the top of the ear wire to the base by 0.7 inches across, with a combined weight of 7.9 grams.
