About the Item
Radiating the soft elegance of the Victorian era, this enchanting pair of antique earrings (circa 1870) features luminous paste (glass) stones set against a delicate sky-blue enamel background, creating a look that is both romantic and timeless.
Originally crafted as a pair of 18k gold Victorian cufflinks, these jewels were masterfully transformed by our jeweler into earrings by removing the original fittings and adding 14k gold ear wires — allowing their beauty to be enjoyed in a fresh, wearable form.
Each earring measures 0.8 inches from the top of the ear wire to the bottom by 0.4 inches wide, and they are in great condition.
The gold content has been verified through XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, ensuring authenticity and quality.
