About the Item
Circa 1920s, Platinum, attributed to Lowe, London. Beautifully styled, these period Art Deco chandelier earrings feature elegantly carved jade and brilliant white diamonds (H color, SI1 clarity). At over two inches long, they are the perfect earring for a night out. Meticulously hand-fabricated in platinum, they are in excellent condition.
Noted: The original box suggests the attribution to Lowe of London.
Remark: "Chandelier earrings were a staple of Deco period jewelers. Often found (Antique) Jade objets from China were incorporated into the jewelry. The result is a culturally rich cross-pollination of style… simply gorgeous."
SIZE: 2 1/8 inches long WEIGHT: 10.2 grams total
STONES: 1.0 carat total weight of H color SI1 clarity diamonds and Jadeite Jade, No indication of dye or impregnation. (GIA report)
