French 1950 Mid-Century Dangle Earrings in 18Kt Gold and Platinum with Diamonds

A pair of dangle drops earrings with blue turquoises. This is a beautiful pair of dangle-drops earrings created in Italy, between the 1960 and 1970. They were carefully crafted with modernist textured twisted pattern in solid yellow gold of 18 karats and embellished with a suite of twenty-six sleeping beauties blue turquoises. Accented with twelve white colorless diamonds and fitted at the reverse, with comfortable hinged French omega backs for fastening clips and gold posts for pierced ears. Turquoises: Mounted in four-prongs settings; with an assortment of 26 graduated round cabochons cuts carved from natural sleeping beauty blue turquoises, with a combined weight of about 5.20 carats. Diamonds: Mount in four-prongs settings, with 12 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, with a combined weight of about 0.36 carats, white colorless F/G color, VS-2 clarity. Birthstone: Turquoises for the month of December. Weight: Combined of 24.60 Grams (15.77 Dwt). Measurements: 40 mm by 21 mm (1.58 x 0.83 Inches). Hallmarks: They are both stamped with the mark for the assay and warranty for the 18Kt yellow gold and electronically tested for gold with results as follows, "0.750/.999 Au".
