Earrings in 18 karat yellow gold, eagle head hallmark.
Sublime antique earrings, each one is formed of a lever- back set on the front of an oval citrine retained with claws within an openwork decoration and decorated with a grainetis pattern. The fastening system is threaded from the back, an earring can be threaded, each is also decorated with a pear-shaped citrine held with claws and bordered with grainetis patterns.
Total weight of the citrines : 15 carats approximately.
Height : 4,5 cm approximately, width : 16,5 mm approximately, thickness : 5,5 mm approximately.
Total weight of the jewel : 9,8 g approximately.
Antique jewel - French work from the beginning of the 19th century. Traces of restoration and welding in different places, not very visible.
Our opinion : These antique earrings arrived very damaged and totally unwearable. Our French workshop managed to restore these antique citrine earrings so that they can continue to be worn and passed on to future generations.
