Welcome to the presentation of Georgios Collections. My name is Georgios Sotiropoulos and I have been in the jewelry business since 1991, designing, manufacturing and selling jewelry in my shop in Athens as well as in the island of Mykonos. In 2000, I expanded my endeavors to the American market. Even though jewelry became a profession, the true passion that drives me is the art of crafting with gold and precious stones, as well as meeting fellow admirers – colleagues and customers. Working and creating every new piece in an atmosphere of shared joy allows me to present new, exceptional, one-of-a-kind creations to my clients and fans, with great confidence. This exquisite intricate work with precious materials and the unique velvet look, that I am now known for, makes my jewels a wearable art. My work is mostly inspired by the Byzantine era. Our workshop in Greece celebrated its 100th year anniversary in 2017 and I, myself, am grateful to work with skilled and experienced craftsmen that are willing to accommodate every challenge of my designs. Having my own workshop gives me the freedom to also create custom designs, always aiming for the satisfaction of my clients, as proved in the many national and international exhibitions and jewelry shows, that I attend.
