A breathtaking pair of earrings made in the Iberian peninsula in the early Georgian (ca1730s) era! Crafted in 18kt yellow gold, these stunning earrings each begin with a surmount featuring a square cut emerald in a rub-over bezel setting. The emeralds are surrounded by a radiating textured frame lined with scrolling details at the top and bottom of the surmount. Hanging below is a textured pear shaped drop frame holding a rectangle cut emerald in a rub-over bezel, accented with more scrolling detailing. These earrings are absolutely gorgeous and frame the face beautifully as the emerald facets catch the light.
