Highly unusual late Victorian earrings reminiscent of golden snitches. A gutta percha sphere is trimmed with gold filled bands with gilt fox chain side tassels. Gilt ball posts with pierced back fittings. Gold filled metal with gutta percha.
1870's UK, 2" x 1".
