The idea for creating a jewelry collection inspired by the artist's favorite fruit came to Berlin-based artist Polya Medvedeva while reviewing fragrances with sweet and fresh notes of fig. The collection serves as a mascot for anyone who adores fragrances or sunny places where this fruit grows. The contemporary design features shining gold and transparent gems, while the simplicity of the lines and the large gem make it look classy and cocktail. The cabochon smoky quartz drops work well with both a strict black dress or a colorful outfit, adding either spaciness or elegance.
Sugar fig fruit is equivalent to the Bible's forbidden apples, and fig leaves were the only clothes for the first humans in the garden of paradise. The fig tree is also one of the sacred trees in ancient myths, symbolizing peace, fertility, generosity, and the richness of life. The cognac color of the gems also adds a little grungy attitude to this pair.
