Founded by Leeza Gurung and Tamding Wangmo, two best friends who share a similar passion for all things beautiful and empowering, our brand+collection is a culmination of our upbringing rooted deep in the Himalayas of Nepal and Tibet and us stepping into womanhood amidst all of the inimitable style and attitude of New York streets. That’s Leez&Ing! Every stone and all the raw materials for our pieces are hand-selected and sourced from reputed wholesalers in the industry. Our diamonds and gemstones come from reliable suppliers who are committed to ethical industry practices and adhere to internationally recognized labor, trade, and environmental standards. We only work with 14k or 18k gold. This means you can wear our jewelry every day and when time comes, you can hand these babies down for generations. We only use GHSI1 quality diamonds - this quality is considered to be at the high end of the near colorless range and guaranteed to give us the fine white look. Because one of our missions is to empower women to feel their absolute best, we try to work with mostly women in our collaborations, one of which has resulted in all our pieces being handcrafted at an Ecuadorian-female-led-studio in the heart of diamond district.
