About the Item
Post modern perfection! A pair of matte gold metal earrings with a turquoise blue stone embellishing a grid with dangles in turquoise blue, jasper brick red, malachite green and onyx black semi precious stones. Outfitted with clip-on hardware. These fabulous earrings appear to be a Gale Rothstein design though they are signed in script rather than her usually hallmark medallion. (Please see photograph 7 for difficult to read script signature.) Ms. Rothstein created her jewelry design firm in 1980's New York after studying her craft in Arizona. Her jewelry is hand crafted with an artisan combination of modernist design and a Southwestern influence.

Good vintage condition.

Each earring measures 2.5” long x 1.38” at the widest x .5” deep including the clip on hardware.
