About the Item
Lovely Georgian Paste Earrings from the early 19th Century of foiled crysolite quartz and citrine. Articulated pendant drop with smaller fancy cut stones around central square cut stone on ear. Nice scale. Pierced fittings. 1820's Portugese. 1.75" x 1".

- Condition:Additions or alterations made to the original: Later pierced fittings. Some light loss on foiling, not severe and some loss of wire work at bottom of pendants. There are 2 dangles missing from each side of main drop but this is not visible when worn. Slight fogginess to main stones. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Main images shows closest likeness, the additional images are quite foggy and green and dark. The foiling is still mostly intact and reflects well. Minor losses in mirror.
