Migeon, founded by Marie-Thérèse and Christian Migeon. These artisan-crafted clip-on earrings are a striking example of late 20th-century modernist jewelry, sculpted in luminous acrylic resin with a bold, oversized drop silhouette. The futuristic design is rendered in a soft banana-toned hue with a subtle pearlescent finish, creating a captivating interplay of light and form.
Each earring is signed discreetly beneath the fastening with Migeon
Migeon — Paris, affirming its authenticity and studio provenance.

Migeon
Migeon was a celebrated French husband-and-wife design team active between 1986 and 1995, known for their imaginative approach to furniture, accessories, and jewelry. Their work was published by the influential Parisian gallery En Attendant Les Barbares, a cornerstone of the postmodern "barbarian style" movement that blurred the boundaries between design and decorative art.
Their creations—marked by bold forms, playful materials, and a futuristic sensibility—have become highly collectible. Among their most iconic pieces, the two-tone resin candle holders sold over 40,000 units in just four years. Today, their work is out of production and increasingly sought after by collectors and curators alike. Select pieces are held in the permanent collection of the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, underscoring their cultural and design significance.
