About the Item
These gorgeous new earrings by Eytan Brandes feature stylized leaves of the peperomia succulent cast in 18 karat gold. He's used this design for earrings and pendants, but usually in a long cascade of five to eight leaves in graduated sizes. For these latest earrings, Eytan just used two of the little bowl-shaped leaves on each earring.
The pearls are something special -- very baroque South Sea pearls, mostly frosty white, but with touches of yellow, an unusual phenomenon, especially on a matched pair.
Together, the pearls and pods project the warmth and uncomplicated elegance that comes from natural forms, the best materials, and an artist's eye.
