Antique rare Victorian 14K yellow gold 'leaf' earrings - hand made - each earring set with 20 natural seed pearls creating a delicate shimmering effect against the gold (40 total - cream color - each approximately 1 mm. in diameter - some bezel set on arms surrounding the center stone - the others prong set to each leaf back) - each also containing two prong set paste crystals (round faceted) - all signifying 'hope, renewal and wisdom' in Victorian jewelry terms - the backs as finely finished as the front (always a sign of a quality piece of jewelry) - tooled pattern to the stems - original Shepherd's hook ear wires and triangular safety catches - unsigned - acid tested for gold purity - Europe (likely Belgium) - circa 1880.
Excellent antique condition - all original - no loss - no damage - no repairs - signs of age and use - ready to wear.
