Gutsy domed earrings by John Iversen. The earrings are half an inch tall and have a wonderful hand scratched surface. Backs are posts and clips but can be modified to either one alone. This is a simple design but the size, shape and texture give it drama.

John Iversen
Jewelry designer John Iversen has had a lifelong attraction to nature, which is apparent in his work.
Iversen's beautifully fluid, organic jewelry is expressed through the use of leaves, flowers, pebbles, baskets, seeds and water. “Jewelry has its own emotional experience — a very basic, primitive instinct,” he says.
Trained in Germany, Iversen migrated to New York in 1978. His pieces are included in permanent collections of many museums both in the United States and in Europe.
