We are a family of many creative and strong women. The business was started by our mother Natalia Netovkina, who had 3 daughters and 2 step daughters from our father's first marriage. It is now mostly managed in Switzerland by Martina but all the women work in the business all over the world. Natalia still designs and is the main inspiration behind the brand, and each of us has our own role, some develop collections, others do business development, social media marketing (and the youngest one, Sofia, is still learning jewellery design) At Natkina, It is our honour to create fine jewelry, and it’s for that reason that we choose to only work with high-quality, enduring materials that can almost immediately turn into family heirlooms.
