About the Item
Pink sapphires totaling 0.65 carats and graduating diamonds totaling 0.30 carats complement each other in these earrings which feature a cut-out negative space following the curve of the ear lobe.
The designer wanted to create earrings that seemed to play with the wearer’s ears instead of simply being worn. The cut-out space follows the ear lobe curve to give the impression of being at one with the wearer.
The Sienna earrings are part of Laura Gallon's "Haute Color" collection - a vibrant and colorful collection of special occasion rings, earrings and necklaces inspired by haute couture. These one-of-a-kind pieces feature hand-selected exquisite colored gemstones from across the world. Gemstones, just like people, are all unique. It’s almost impossible to find two colored stones of the exact same color, clarity, size and quality. They have their own story, they come from different places and you will be drawn to some more than others.
As a GIA Gemologist, Laura Gallon places gemstones at the heart of her work. With an expert eye and a deep reverence for nature’s treasures, she personally selects every stone, choosing only those with the most luminous color and purest clarity. From the first delicate sketch to the final polish, each design comes to life in France, crafted by master jewelers whose hands speak the language of savoir-faire.
Laura Gallon Joaillerie
Born and raised in Paris, Laura Gallon draws her passion for fine jewelry from a deeply personal source—the legacy of her great-grandparents, who opened their jewelry workshop and boutique in France in the 1920s. Reviving the spirit of their Maison is what inspired her to enter the world of jewelry—not simply to create, but to continue a family story built on craftsmanship, intention, and artistry. Before launching her brand, Laura built a career in the fashion and luxury industry between Paris and New York. Yet, it was the timeless beauty and emotional power of jewelry that called her back to her roots. Laura often looks to her great-grandparents’ original creations for inspiration, reinterpreting their legacy through a modern, poetic lens. Her pieces are shaped by a reverence for nature, a love of storytelling, and a commitment to detail—making each jewel not only an accessory, but a piece of living heritage. As a Gemologist, Laura Gallon places gemstones at the heart of her work.
