A stunning, fine and impressive pair of vintage 3.50 carat amethyst and 0.80 carat diamond, 9 carat white gold cluster earrings; part of our diverse gemstone jewellery collections.
These stunning, fine and impressive vintage amethyst earrings have been crafted in 9ct white gold.
The pierced decorated, cluster settings are each ornamented with a feature oval faceted cut amethyst, four claw set in slight relief to the centre of the design.
The amethysts are each encircled by twenty individually claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds, totalling 0.80ct.
The vintage earrings, for pierced ears, secure to the reverse with a post and butterfly fastening.
Each butterfly is hallmarked with the18ct gold fineness mark ( 750 ) and the posts bear the maker's mark (AFJ), the 18ct gold guarantee mark (crown), the 9ct gold fineness mark ( 375 ), the London Assay Office mark (leopard head) and the date letter for 1953 (S).
These impressive vintage amethyst earrings are supplied with an independent diamond and gemstone grading report card.
