About the Item
This beautiful early Provençal rose diamond cross is a rare and highly collectable jewel. Twenty three rose cut stones are mounted in silver in closed settings. The solid cross is hallmarked on the right side of the silver hook. A chain or a ribbon can be threaded through the hook. As an alternative the cross can be attached to a bead or pearl necklace. This rare pendant has survived in wonderful condition for more than 200 years.
