A Victorian diamond and enamel pheasant stick pin, the head of the pin depicting a pheasant with rose-cut diamonds set to silver and an enamelled head, total diamond weight approximately 0.15 carats, the pheasant measuring 16.9 x 10mm, set to an 18ct yellow gold stick pin, gross weight 1.9grams.
A fantastically detailed stick in the form of a pheasant. The pheasant is set with glittering rose-cut diamonds and the bird’s head features skilful enamel in green, red, and white. This handsome late Victorian stick pin comes from the collection of Bentley
Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales and would look handsome on the lapel of a tweed jacket.
This antique pin is in very good condition for its age. Unmarked, tested as silver and 15ct gold.
