About the Item
This sophisticated Angela Caputi, made in Italy, beaded necklace features an ethnic-inspired design for that extra-long length built with assorted shaped resin beads imitating tortoiseshell and black jet. Three large medallions are carved and see-thru. Her matching of colors is always bold and classy.
As you know, Caputi jewelry is not signed. This necklace is pre-owned but still has the brand's snap-closing clasp despite the branded plastic logo tag being removed.
Angela Caputi has produced resin and Lucite jewelry collections since the 1980s in Florence, Italy. Some of her pieces are at the Metropolitan Museum in New York.
