This is a beautiful station long chain-necklace created in America between the 1940 and 1950. It was designed as a classic sautoir chain displaying twenty-one well matched Brazilian blue aquamarines divided in stations. The sautoir was carefully crafted in solid .900/.999 platinum with polished finish and is fitted with a spring ring security lock. Can be wear as a single or double row.
Aquamarines: Mounted in bezel settings, with 21 well matched oval faceted cuts (12 x 9 x 6 mm) Brazilian blue aquamarines, with an approximate total weight of about 72.98 Carats.
Birthstone: Aquamarine for the month of March.
Weight: 21.20 grams (13.60 Dwt).
Length: 40.5 inches, (102.87 Cm), (1.03 Meters).
Hallmarks: Unmarked, and has been electronically tested for platinum with results as follows, .900/.999 Pt.
Collateral: This aquamarines station chain is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this aquamarines station chain is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the platinum. The 21 aquamarines are secured in the settings. This sautoir was carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
