A Darcey Bussell necklace, handmade by Lucie Heskett-Brem, the Gold Weaver of Lucerne, the necklace comprising twenty seven large silver uniform floral motifs with yellow gold figure-of-eight links, bearing common control marks for 18 carat gold, measuring approximately 20 cm in length, gross weight 29.15 grams.
This enchanting necklace was made by Lucie Heskett-Brem and comes from the collection of Bentley
Skinner, Jewellers by Royal Appointment to His Majesty King Charles III. Lucie Heskett-Brem is known as the Goldweaver of Lucerne for the masterful craftsmanship and sense of magic imbued in her pieces. Heskett-Brem meticulously creates all the chains by hand in her jewellery, and this piece is an excellent example of her fine artistry and skill. This piece is named after the English ballerina Darcey Bussell and features twenty-seven elegant, handcrafted yellow gold and silver flowers. The two-tone gold featured in this piece makes it a versatile piece, as it can be worn with either silver or gold jewellery.
