About the Item
Sophos has a light, naturally shaped perforated structure in silver, plated with white rhodium and gold. The form looks almost organic — like something that could have washed up from a magical sea, full of tiny openings and soft curves. Set into this living-looking shape are three cushion-cut natural citrines, placed like glowing eyes within the structure, along with gold-plated elements that highlight the movement of the design. It’s a singular piece, created as a one-owner artwork rather than something repeatable. The brand was founded in 2000 by a contemporary jewelry designer German Kabirski. It quickly attracted attention, mainly from people who don't like traditional jewelry and art critics. From the beginning, German Kabirski was all about being different. Our designer experimented with unconventional materials, invented new jewelry techniques, and ignored the thousands-year jewelry tradition to create his own authentic style. He combined diamonds with pebbles, precious metals with fur and feathers, and set stones in a way nobody thought possible.
