About the Item
the emeralds from the Swat Valley in Pakistan are known as Glowing Neon Green, the emerald crystals there are predominantly found in hexagonal forms and eye-clean crystals are rare, the natural beauty of Swat emeralds is compared to that of Colombian emeralds, especially when blue or yellow hues are present in the green, here we have left 7 faceted Swat emeralds from the Mingora mine in Pakistan in wonderful color quality and relatively pure (few natural inclusions), in the natural hexagonal (hexagonal) crystal forms, natural beauties, three of them in halo style surrounded by full-cut brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 0.26 ct, W (white G) / VS (very small inclusions), weighing 5.6 grams, approx. 44.5 cm long, the middle part measuring approx. 50 x 15 x 3 mm, with matching round anchor chain with lobster clasp (with shortening ring at 41.5 cm), unique jewellery, made in a traditional goldsmith's manufactory in Valenza/Italy, with the jewellery logo, we only make individual individual pieces!, all information has been checked by a jewellery appraiser for authenticity and quality information, finest gemstone jewellery, on request with certificate of authenticity (20,-- Euro buyer's premium)!
About the emerald: The name has its origins in the Greek "Smaragdos" meaning nothing more than green stone, a gemstone that is considered the most important in the beryl group. The emerald gets its luminosity or also called green fire from the trace elements chrome vanadium and iron, which depending on the composition show special green variants such as the top colors Vivid green (an intense medium dark green according to GIA, for us the typical emerald green that is not too dark and must not be too bright) A pleochroism shows up in the emerald when it shows different color nuances from different viewing directions, which can be more or less pronounced. The typical liquid inclusions (Jardins French gardens) show almost all emeralds, inclusions and fine cracks belong As a rule with emeralds, of course this shouldn't be too severe, perfectly eye-clean emeralds are absolutely rare. Emerald mining areas are: Colombia, Brazil, Africa, Australia, China, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and the Urals. Emerald mine Muzo and Chivot are known for the vividness of color and clear inclusions, most of the top stones come from there
