There will be no re-sizing fee for custom-made orders.
We will charge a small non-refundable fee for resizing an existing ring.
Or we can offer a discount for resizing the ring yourself.

REFUND AND EXCHANGES
Your 100% Satisfaction is our commitment! We will try to make the return and exchange as smooth as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a FULL refund as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
You will ship the item back to us at your own cost.
Custom-made items cannot be refunded.
The re-sizing fee is non-refundable.
We ONLY issue a refund for items in a resalable condition.

A 50% deposit will be required before production.
Once production started, there will be no refund.

ONE YEAR THE WIND-LIMITED WARRANTY
The Wind stands behind the quality and workmanship of our products. Product deemed to have a manufacturer defect will be repaired or replaced without question or charge.
The Wind warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.
The limited warranty does not cover normal wear, excessive wear, damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper handling, loss, accident, alterations, neglect, or disassembly. Cosmetic damage which occurs over time and normal use, such as scratches on the finish or instances of the coating rubbing or wearing off are normal and are not covered by warranty.
Main Gemstones are not covered by The Wind Warranty.
All associated freight costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
