About the Item
A stunning fancy watch chain necklace from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! This beautiful necklace is crafted in 9k rosy gold, and is comprised of interlocking ellipse-shaped links. Each oblong link is connected to the next by 4 small jump rings. The surface of each link is smooth and simple, and the piece secures with a lovely watch swivel clasp. The clasp is stamped "9C" and "R&P". However, the necklace could be doubled without using the clasp. A fantastic piece, this watch chain would make a splendid addition to any Victorian-era jewelry collection!
Measurements:The entire length of the necklace measures approximately 160" long. The chain has a weight of 18.6dwt.
Condition:The overall condition of the watch chain is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the links, and the watch swivel clasp is secure and in working order.
