This 18k gold commemorative pendant celebrating the 1928 inauguration of the Palacio Chrysler building, Chrysler’s historic Buenos Aires dealership. The rectangular plaque‑style pendant measures approximately 1 3/16 inches wide by 3/4 inch high and hangs from a 23-inch 14k gold chain for easy, everyday wear. Total necklace weight is approximately 16.8 grams, giving a solid feel without being heavy.
One side of the pendant shows a detailed relief of a period racing car, reflecting early automobile culture and Chrysler promotion in Argentina. The reverse depicts the façade of the Palacio Chrysler, with the legend “S.A. Resta Hnos” and Spanish text noting its inauguration on December 1, 1928.
