About the Item
This one of a kind vintage choker is handcrafted in 19k yellow gold. The elongated shell-like links feature a row round natural pearls accented by a row of diamonds on either end and alternate between round links supporting a cabochon ruby in the center surrounded by channel set diamonds. At the center of the necklace there is a hook to hang a small pendant or charm allowing versatility to customize your look depending on the occasion.
