Ethereal and timeless, this Navratna choker necklace is a rare masterpiece crafted from luminous white nephrite jade, revered for its spiritual purity and gentle translucence. Each jade plaque is meticulously hand-carved in traditional Mughal motifs—floral arabesques and geometric patterns—echoing the age old carved relics found in Indian architectures.
The surface of the jade is delicately inlaid with antique diamond polkis, flat-cut diamonds that shimmer with quiet brilliance. These natural polkis are set using age-old kundan techniques, enhancing the organic elegance of the jade while preserving the rich aesthetic of imperial Indian jewellery traditions.
At the heart of the design lies the sacred Navratna arrangement—nine auspicious gemstones representing the celestial planets in Vedic and Islamic cosmology. This powerful combination not only adds vivid color and depth but also infuses the piece with meaning, balance, and protective energy.
Designed as a true heirloom, this choker fuses the meditative stillness of white jade with the richness of Mughal-era detailing. The choker has been done in 24K gold with certain wire and findings in 18K gold.
