About the Item
This is a real beauty.
So iconically Louis Rousselet craftsmanship.
There is a triple row of wired Rousselet glass pearls with a central panel set with fuchsia Demi-lune crystals with fuchsia and pearl poured glass drops. The back of the centre of the panel is mounted on wired fuchsia glass beads.
This is a well recognised and documented design by Louis Rousselet, but stands apart from others by the use of the Demi-lune crystal., giving the most beautiful reflection of light.
This is such a beautiful colour red.
The glass pearl cabochon mounted box clasp is signed Made in France.
Length of necklace is 16.1/2 inches with centre panel 1.1/4 inch deep.
In very good condition, and is great shape for its age .
