A stunning antique Victorian 3.92 carat garnet and 20 karat yellow gold necklace in the form of a dragon; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections This stunning fine and impressive dragon necklace has been crafted in 20 k yellow gold. The necklace has been crafted in the form of a dragon's head and serpent-like body. The dragons head is embellished with a textured design and flowing scroll motifs. The head is ornamented with a three bezel set cabochon cut garnets; a larger garnet to the crown of the head and two smaller garnets to represent the dragon's eyes. A feature bezel set cabochon cut garnet suspends from the dragon's open mouth, set to the center of a pierced decorated scrolling design.
