About the Item
This elegant lovely vintage art deco necklace is a semi precious stone of hematite set against sterling silver and marcasite. The hematite stone which is a mineral looks like moonstone and is a dark grey black. It has healing qualities of stimulation of the mind and balancing energy. It is said too be highly protective and enhances memory and provokes deep thought. it looks beautiful on the neck and has a feminine regality to it with romanticism. It is 10.5 inches high or long on the neck and the pendant at the bottom is 2 inches high or long x 1 inch wide at its widest. Each side of the necklace is 0.5 inches wide. It is unusual.
